1 - Select four pages, two from Adbusters and two from Woman. Save them in to a new blogpost called something like 'magazines and audience'.
2 - Analyse your two pages under the following headings:
Page/description of textual elements (see toolkit)
Target audience demographic and audience appeal
Audience interpretations (Stuart Hall), making reference social, cultural and historical circumstances
Possible audience uses and gratifications (Gauntlet)
An example for how you may wish to present your findings can be found below:
3 - Email your findings to your teacher, either as a PowerPoint page, word document or the text of an email, and it may end up on a compilation blog post!
