Online media: a wider reading list

Vice being edgy by moaning about a comedy book aimed at children.

Wider reading will help you to perform better in the exam. This is simply because it will allow you to demonstrate superior knowledge and understanding. For the A  grade student, the lesson is just the beginning, and the real work goes in through you exploring your own interests and ideas. It doesn't matter if you're a first year or a second year: wider reading is important!

To help you out with this, below you will find a short list of links to online articles and videos related to vlogging, vlogging culture, the issues affecting young people today, and explorations of controversial online media campaigns. Remember that online media is defined by its hypermodality, and the opportunities it gives audiences to explore a range of related themes, articles and websites. So please take full advantage of hypermodal methods of communication in your revision!
