Unseen question, comparing either an audio-visual extract or a print based extract to one of the adverts you have studied (Tide print advert, KOTV theatrical poster or the Super.Human audio-visual promotional video)
Analysing an unseen audio-visual OR print based advertisement
Either a representation or media language question
B - film industry
Several questions, 20 marks (total), 20 minutes
Mix of very short and longer questions
"what is meant by the BBFC?"
"Who regulates the film industry in the UK?"
"what is meant by a monopoly"? [2]
Rules
- Everybody will type their response, unless they absolutely do not want to
- You will be able to access the textual analysis toolkit. However, this means that your answer will be marked taking this in to consideration
- You are allowed to listen to headphones
- Total time: 50 minutes (63 minutes with extra time)
